LFG! i have the unbelievable idea that this team makes it all the way to the play-in and loses. unlikely, sure, but a man can dream

edit: sarcasm is lost on so, so many of you

Missed shoot around and sat out due to knee soreness last game. He will make it 10 games into the season. This organization is run by con artists. The medical staff are quacks. The most pathetic franchise in basketball without MJ.

Contract year, miraculously healthy. Give me a break. Should play him 5 mpg at the most.

Fuck yeah. Good vibes only for this guy. (I want to remember what it’s like to believe in something.)

Every single one of you who said he’d never play another minute better apologize right now

I really selfishly and unselfishly hope he comes back to at least 90%. Selfishly want to see him on the court for us and unselfishly want this kind of surgery to make comeback careers happen again. This could be the new tommy john if it works.

  7. I wish I was more excited about this than I am, but what are the chances he’s close to the level that he was? Even if he’s as good as when he left, will it even matter?

Happy for him. He has probably dreaming of this moment for two years. The team was a lot of fun the last time he was on the court.

I hope he pulls off a wonderful comeback ala Shaun Livingston.

    LET’S GO LON-ZO! 👊

Happy for him as a person but would rather he be on another roster right now. I don’t want to see Lavine, Vuc, Ball, Craig and Carter literally play a minute this season. It brings nothing of value to the future and any game they help you win hurts your only goal

The poor guy has been in pain and suffered and worked his ass off for 3 plus years to come back. His father was almost as obnoxious of a sports dad as I was to/for my poor kids, and I’m fairly certain that he honestly wants to play again at a high level and be a happy person.

I couldn’t be happier for him and will be rooting for his happiness- and all of us Bulls Fans’ too
