Mexican author and illustrator, Claudia Sloan, is launching a community book as part of the City Edition Program. “We are the Valley/Somos El Valle,” captures the essence of true Hispanic culture and people using their passions to achieve goals. Touching on the struggles of being Hispanic in Phoenix and how the culture has shaped them. 💜🧡
