Why do basketball channels overreact so much to preseason games
Casuals overreacting over Klay's slump. Meanwhile I'm more concerned with the 29 turnovers we had in that game. Kidd needs to address THAT. Yes I know it's preseason. But 29 is A LOT
Klay looks horrific. Not even sure he’s an NBA caliber player anymore
Golden State wanted to get rid of him without embarrassing him so they made it seem like he was too good for that team and left them. Dallas got suckered. Klay is basically a glorified Tim Brickaway.
As warriors fan I want to see Klay succeed that being said luka and kyrie being immune to injuries and other things is where it becomes a problem. I think klays approach to having more open shots because of them more than he did with Steph is also not that realistic. He had open shots all the time he just became less and less consistent with his shot. And considering the fact that Dallas doesn’t have a lot of consistency themselves I don’t think that makes things better.

Im more worried and mad about naji marshal. Dude is horrendous. Siting at arouog 25% fg pctg and shoots too much… Also handles the ball too often 😅

I remember when we got Irving and ESPN and the same people who are laughing at Klay was laughing at Luka and Irving for not working . I dont care about the haters . Klay will be fine.

Amen brother. Klay is older, he's in a new offensive system, he not only wasn't playing with the #1 PG in the league, but he was playing with two 3rd team guards. He got screwed because the Clippers focused on stopping him instead of being worried about the rest of the team. He still came out and gave effort, knowing that it was probably going to suck. Not remotely worried…..looking forward to Thursday and hopefully AT LEAST having Luka/Klay/PJ/Lively with maybe Quentin starting.
I'm not worried, I trust Kidd to work his magic by the end of the season… Whether it's Klay, or Grimes, or Naji, they'll lift each other up, and the team chemistry will be amazing as usual (not counting the Christian Wood cursed season).

I'm not excited that the mavs signed Klay. I'm excited for Grimes competing for that starting spot.
