Sacramento Kings sign Doug McDermott to one-year deal

According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Sacramento Kings have signed three-point specialist and veteran forward Doug McDermott to a one-year deal.

McDermott, 32, is a ten-year NBA veteran who holds a career three-point shooting percentage of 41 percent on 3.5 attempts per game.

  1. Seeing how they've been shooting in pre-season and the past year, 41% translates to around 31% with a Kings Jersey. lol

  2. Go figure, a team in need of length got rid of a 6'9" for a 6'6". The only thing that would make sense of this is that Huerter is out of Sac hence the 6'6" dude is an insurance as a shooter.
