At this point of their careers, Nylander is clear cut the most dynamic offensively. If he had another star for his line, he'd lead the team in points.
Nylander has been so good what… I mean he kind looks more like a leader at least right now than Matthews

Nylander in on all but one goal. Master of creating chanses for everybody. Great game. LA looked bad though.
Are the Leafs that good, or the Kings are just that bad? Both perhaps?

Remember all off-season how we kept hearing "no more 1-3-1" from the Kings? Well maybe thats what was keeping you from being shellacked every night! 14 goals allowed in 2 games. Embarrassing!!!

I really like this goalie. Have a feeling that even with Woll healthy, Stolarz will be the go to guy
when a goalie scores before you. motivation for a 3 point night. 💙

The amount of empty seats near the end of this game is tough to see.
Toronto have all the talent in the world at this moment. Good young and veteran players. Interesting to see is this the year.

Great that the Leafs won, but if they're going to allow the Kings 34 shots on goal and only get 26 themselves, they're not going to make it to the finals. They have to work on their defense.
Matthews goal looked fantastic. Nice win, great to see that so much different players get their scorerpoints

I know I shouldn’t do this and I know it’s early days, but I’m liking what I’m seeing by the Leafs so far and I’m getting my hopes up for at least a trip to the 2nd round or even the Conference finals, albeit depending on injuries and goaltending like every other team in the league, but my pick for the Cup the Oilers jeeez what’s going on with them jeeeez, tho cud be worse they could be the Avalanche who look even worse! But like I say I expect them both to be in the playoffs at the very least!
L.A playing run and gun like Keefe. Leafs spotted them two goals and Stolarz still has better numbers than most goalies making 10x as much.
