This game Klay played to win. Dudes got 4 rings doesnt need to prove anything just help the younger ones. be the Shawn Livingston of this team. and have fun bro.
The potential of this roster is insane. Like that play from Grimes to Klay was beautiful. Klay slid to the left and set Grimes up for a natural "pick" for himself to get a clean look and SPLASH!!! Ish like that is gonna be there all the time cause they got the pieces to do it.
Grimes can run a little offense. Naji's dime to Lively was chef's kiss so yeah, Naji can run some pick & roll and do a little offense. Klay had that nice bounce pass for an easy bucket so he can fascilitate some stuff. We know what LuKai can do. Hardy is still a mixed bag, he'll drop 9 assists and tease us that he can run some offense. But then he'll have like 9 dumb turnovers to follow it up with. At least he's red hot from 3 though. I think maybe the Celtics motivated him….got him thinking "if the Mavs need someone to hit some 3's then I'm gonna be one of them guys they can count on" cause bro, Hardy's stroke be looking smoooooth tho.
Hell, you can even run SOME offense through PJ. He's not a bad short roll player & zone beater.
Naji is just not as athletic guy as we need in Dallas, BEARLY got that dunk in after stealing the ball, Luka needs another DJJ on the court for ALLEY UPS when they go small , hope some mid season trade can be done to get a guy like that
