The Toronto Raptors seemingly expect to be bad this season; is it possible for them to still be considered underachievers by season’s end? In Episode 1729, Sean Woodley goes solo to take a look at the case for the Raptors falling short of their very meager expectations this season, what that might look like, and what it would be mean for the long-term outlook if things fall flat this year. Off the top, Sean outlines why the Raptors have many more avenues to finishing under their 30.5 Vegas win projection than they do finishing substantially above it, and why not all of those avenues would be considered a disappointment or an underachievement.
