People don't realize this but the B League (1st division Japanese league) is one of the more competitive leagues in the world. Being one of the few leagues with real pro/rel, there is always pressure to perform well because for some of these teams they can't survive a relegation. The only reason people don't hear much about the B League is because of how new it is (inaugural season was in 2016) but a quick look at it's national team is all it takes to show that they got quality hoopers out there. People are gonna start seeing a lot more Japanese names in the NBA once the 2030s come around!
