I think KAT holds up on defense in a way that it will be a team effect more than one guy and he will rebound we know that much!
It's funny because back in the day it was a guard could count on the big man to have there back and protect the rim but in our case its the other way around that our guards and wings have our centers back 😂 but that's just fine when it's a team effort 💙🧡
It all about chemistry and playing together. Once Mitch is healthy game shape and hopefully still a NYK should get minutes alongside KAT. JB, Bridges, OG, KAT and Mitch is a scary lineup defense and offense.

The DIFFERENCE is that KP is great on defense. So he opens things up on offense and closes them on defense. KAT opens things on offense even more than KP, but on defense, he keeps em as open for the opposition. He subtracts on defense. The end result is far inferior. If KAT stays healthy and Thibs can somehow mold him to be at least neutral on defense, it will be a win. We wouldn't lose much on defense but easily become a top-5 offensive club. BUT if he gets injured like he likes to or far likely he will still be a negative on defense and lack heart, it will mess with our chemistry.
