Why Michael Jordan Stopped Praising Luc Longley | @ABCNewsIndepth #shorts
Luc Longley was not featured or interviewed in the Netflix documentary “The Last Dance” so Australian news company ABC News In-depth did a follow-up documentary on Luc Longley to tell his side of the story… being drafted to the Minnesota Timberwolves, winning three championships with the Bulls and then continuing his career for three more seasons after leaving Chicago. If you have not watched this yet by ABC In-depth, highly recommend that you do! Role players get such limited press coverage since the media is so superstar-driven and Luc’s story is a great listen!

❤”That’s the last time I give you a compliment in the middle of the game.”😂😂😂
Luc was a crap player he's one of those players that are comfortable loosing smh
Michael Jordan was one of those slaves who helped catch slaves – FTN !
For those who don’t know, Luc is Australia. In general they have a laid back temperament unfortunately. Compared to many of the high adrenaline, in your face, Americans.
Who needs super teams when you can average just about 40 in finals series and games are under 100 points in total
Just example how fragile team chemistry is. When MJ first retired? Same team still decent , but loose in playoffs. MJ before Pippen, and other key components which become a dynasty, MJ was getting ousted in playoffs. What would have been cool to see? MJ and Pippen go to the Wizards…… Do they still win?🤔
1 attaboy leads to a dozen screw ups
Im.a bird, magic, mj fan. To me, they're nba's holy trinity
And yes, i consider '80s celtics/lakers and '90s bulls as superteams. Esp against their respective eras. No other team could touch them. And that's the diff, they became dominant DYNASTIES
No other superteam that came after them, ever came close to the dominance these 3 dynasties had
I have a hard time believing that’s what MJ said to him at the end of that game 😅
“It’s ok, mate.”
You didn’t score since the first damn quarter! It’s NOT ok! 😂😂😂
In reality the bulls played once that year in Utah.
The Bulls were up big after one quarter and lost by 8.
Longly had 8 points and made one field goal.
He had 11 rebounds and one block (not 12 and four)
5 rebounds were after the first quarter.
At no point was he dominating.
It's hilarious nobody fact checks this stuff.
I remember da game he’s good shit 😂
Can't be true… Jordan didn't need anyone to win a game. His killer instinct would of made him score 100 by himself…
Because Black hole never passes the ball to him again!
Jazz makes defensive adjustments, realising MJ is a black hole…. Story over!
Black hole means, the ball goes in! It’s never coming out!
Letting u know he can’t win without Scottie!
😅😂
Luc was 1 of 3 centers that played that night. It was a bad night for all the centers but Luc was our main center and he took the brunt of it.
I burningly ask the question why didn't he beat Orlando in 95, is it because he knew Houston was unbeatable that year?!!!!?
Because he didn't want to lose in the finals and knew he would lose against Houston and he just decides to let Orlando win?!!!!?
This is before Rodman.
The season before he came to Chicago to be exact.
95 finals should have been Bulls vs Rockets
That was the series we never got to see
Because mj didn't want to have a finals loss.
Im not surprised Luka is just like all European players. They don't have killer mentality. Jordan can't understand most players are not like him.
Jordan always sweaty 😂
MJ called him trashed in the nicest way possible
People pay attention. Listen to what he just said. Pippin, Pippin, was the key 🔑 to all of theses championships.
Jordan sweatier in the interview than in the game 😂
Fake story, the Bulls didn’t lose to UTAH by 16 in 1998
