The Knicks regular season opener is this Tuesday against the Boston Celtics. But before getting to that game, NY must finalize their roster with 14 players. However, they seem like they are gearing up for a major move because they released multiple players recently, including the injured Landry Shamet. NY is currently looking for another veteran to add to the roster after the Shamet injury and one player has been consistently on their radar this offseason, Marcus Morris Senior. After the Towns trade, NY couldn’t promise him a significant role but now things are much different than before, creating the perfect opportunity… Troy Mahabir breaks all of this down!

Bro I disagree i feel that we lost our bully when we traded Devo and Randle he's a tough guy an more outspoken and can be a whisper in KATs ear when he playing soft and settling for those outside 3s and not falling Morris brings an edge
Sign Markell Fultz and Josh harrt can come off the bench
I think our bench is still deep even without Landry. Seeing how Precious, Deuce and Payne and Kolek have been operating.

Matt Ryan is the choice for me. He can flat out shot that thang!!!..but i like lonnie walkers vet experience. He also averaged 15+ in this league and it'd be hard to replace that.

It wasn't smart to waive, TJ Warren. Warren is an elite bucket getter in the halfcourt, specializing in the midrange off the dribble. The six-foot-eight swingman can play both forward spots, has great cutting ability, and uses his wide frame to stick with smaller players on defense. Warren is a dog. 🔶️🔷️🏀🗽

Trading Donte will turn out to be terrible trade. Hart is no offense. Donte is shooting guard.
I Only say matt ryan because he has size witch Knicks is lacking though hes not the most physical guy available but he shoots the 3 ball good enough and can fill out for achuiwa at the 4 if need be

We are deep so it doesn’t matter with the injuries trust me that’s why we’re taking our time. There is no rush. We have so many talented players that will get minutes now.
I agree with Matt Ryan *nba we need the shooting and size at the backup 3 spot. i also like morris cause we are down some power forwards.
I also dont mind getting a look at pacome, Arieln and tyler and filling out the roster as the season goes on.
I think there will be no more changes for the first month until Precious is back from injury…Knicks are going to struggle with this bench…and they will make a move at trade deadline
