  1. This team won’t be good until they realize Lauri is not a first Option and that George is not a pg. I think a hierarchy needs to be established . Sexton is most definitely the leader of this team, you can see how the team responds to him and how the team operates. I think it’s very clear on the court. It’s up to the Jazz for how long they wanna suffer through this or just make the game easier and follow the natural hierarchy. Lauri is an elite catch and shoot guy, that’s not a guy who should be your best player

  2. 1 bad game, but still better than was expecting. Will see how many flop games like the last preseason games we will have. As there will be some where we are just bad.

  3. I’m surprised we won more than 1 game tbh. I was having a heart attack after the first 7 minutes of the rockets game

  4. My hot take is that this whole concept that Lauri need to iso or get more ast, is totally overblown.
I love the sets that Will runs for Lauri. Afterall Dirk only avg 2.5 ast for his career.

Now bear with me, this might sound like crazy homer take, but i truly believe that Lauri is the second most athletic forward only behind Giannis and i believe that he just might be even little faster, he is already great at just putting his head down and going through people on transition against unset defences, but if he can start doing it in those late shot clock situations, against set defences, maybe with little bit of Embiid rip-thru? Maybe he will be called for offensive foul at first, but if he keeps doing it, he will be at the line around ten times a game like Embiid, SGA and Giannis and in the MVP conversation like them.

    TL;DR free throws > assists

  5. Thank you, again. I'm not worried about Lauri not attacking the rim. Obviously he was protecting himself from an injury. No dunks, not that many rebounds AND ONE! (1) personal faul in 5 games! Thanks again. Long season ahead. Jonny
