Playing a 2-3 zone on DEF, I think CLE can get away w/this rotation @ the start of the year.
The goal IMO is 2 make Niang & TT just n case of emergency players as much as possible.
I would play Thor & Travers b4 I play Niang & TT. CLE can play their 2way players n 35 to 50 NBA games, right?
I agree. Wade should start cuz he will get unlimited open shots and can stay in rhythm when one of the bigs are resting.
Bro I keep forgetting since emoni had surgery that Mike Gherity is on our coaching staff this year, he coached him all last year for the charge. So glad he moved up the coaching staff now with the Cavs! I literally forget he knows emoni is great as long as he’s healthy he’s getting a shot this year fr.
No way Wade should start. He NEEDS shots. He will not get a shot off in the starting unit+we need relaible players coming off that bench
The Cavs have been looking for a "3 and D" wing for forever, and maybe that guy has been on the roster all along. I say create the championship caliber starting five, then reconfigure the bench if need be. Seems to me they have a plethora of smaller wings-2 guard types and need a true stretch four and possibly a solid back up center. Guys like LaVert, Niang, and even Struss should be the ones we consider exchanging for a quality backup big. And at some point we need to figure out what we have in Bates and Tyson.
