As a Thunder fan, the Tyus Jones pickup for the Suns was the biggest eyebrow mover for other teams to me. I don't know if it puts them as the 2nd seed, but I really think it takes the Suns to the next level. I legit thought Tyus was going to get north of $20m.

Wow the Suns are huge reach. Coach Bud and Tyus will help, but they are an old team. Beal is regressing, and Durant will probably regress as well, so I don't think they improved at all. I think they can be out of the playin completely, and it will be more probable than being the 2 seed. I would say that any of the top 10 teams are much more likely to be top 2 seed than the suns.

I did this yesterday and had the suns at 5 i think, but now that you mention it i think top 2/3 seed isn’t a stretch. Wolves new team may be as awkward as a fit as we thought and the nuggets depth is pretty mediocre. Suns also got some solid offseason acquisitions i lowkey forgot about too.
