Julius Randle talks on how he found out he was getting traded to the Timberwolves | NBA Today

I sat down with Julius Randle for an interview on NBA Today as he discusses the process of getting traded from the New York Knicks to the Timberwolves, feeling wanted in Minnesota, the season opener and more.

  1. Welcome to the Timberwolves, Julius, could not be more excited to have you here in Minneapolis, Minnesota!!

  2. Knick fan here, but the wolves have a heck of a dawg squad. We'll miss the passion and toughness that Jules and Donte brought. That's a huge void to fill.

  3. If Quickley, Randle, Robinson could be a + on the court I'm damn sure Edwards, Randle & Gobert will be lol

  4. NBA season is back, lets get ready to rumbleeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Jamal Murray play 65+ games this year and dominate or their will be consequences. We have a Ramzan KadyrovAbdul-Kerim Edilov type relationship, you cross me and there will be consequences hahahahaa

  5. Wish Julius all the best! I'm surprised how well Julius handed himself with the trade. He is a pro!

  6. Best of luck Julius. Sad to see u get traded, but happy for and your family you got with a contender and nice community. Thank you for giving so much to Ny.

  7. Welcome to the Dawg Pound! Winter is Coming and the pack are hungry! NY will reap their cheating ways! Take a bite out of that big apple šŸŽ

  8. Tatum closed the championship game with 10 assists

    10 assists tonight

I'm telling you, he's better than peak LeBron. I've seen both guys

  9. Think he may have jinxed himself and his team by doing this sit down instead of maybe being at shoot around, at least based on the first half??

  10. You'll always be a Knick Julius. You were willing to come to the NYKs when no one made the leap. Appreciate you for that and all you've done. You'll always be good in my book. Good luck in Minn brodie.

  11. I don`t really get the "feeling welcome"-part. This is the NBA. Who are welcome as long as you fit the need. Kat was a perfect fit with the Wolves, but getting to expensive. So they shipped him. Knicks will watch him playing and figure out the next months, if he fits. If not, he will be gone again. Same with Julius in Minnesota. These guys know that. So why say otherwise? Pleasing the media? Pretending something to protect your (good guy) "brand"?
