New arena doesn't matter if you don't have the stars to fill it. Clippers had a 10 year window to win a championship while the Lakers were trash and they couldn't take advantage, and now you can say for the first time since 2019-20 the Lakers have a better squad (on paper) than the Clippers. As a basketball fan, I'm excited to see Intuit Dome and am genuinely glad the Clippers have a place that's theirs, as a Lakers fan I can't help but feel Intuit is the equivalent of a Michael Bay movie, all flash and no substance.
