The Phoenix Suns defeated the LA Clippers, 116-113, in overtime. Kevin Durant led the Suns with 25 points (14 in Q4 and OT1) and 7 rebounds while Bradley Beal (24 points, 4-6 3PT) and Devin Booker (15 points, 6 assists) added 39 points.
James Harden led the Clippers with 29 points, 12 rebounds, and 8 assists (responsible for 18 PTS on ASTs) as Ivica Zubac added 21 points and 9 rebounds. Phoenix moves to 1-0 as LA moves to 0-1.
The last time there was an OT game in the first game of a new venue: November 5, 2005 (Spectrum Center, CHA def BOS 107-105 in OT1).

IMO Kris Dunn needs to get more late game minutes. Hes arguably best defender on the clippers and has very high IQ. He was doing great job on KD when he was matched up with him and even picked his pocket once. Not many players in the league are capable of that
