Ballmer is a bad joke when hyping the Clippers and saying they expect to "surprise" people. Yeah, it would be a surprise if the Clippers make the playoffs. Even in the expansive playoff picture, the Clippers would scare no one. Ballmer is passionate and committed but is also out of his skull if he thinks this club is going somewhere. They lost PG and Kawhi is once again plagued by injuries that never seem to resolve. I give up on Kawhi, who is a walking injury report. Terance Mann has underachieved for the last few years, never really reaching what the coaches and management claim he's capable of. Don't hold your breath, folks. The Clippers are not worth a single arm pump by the heavily juiced Ballmer.
