  1. I like this channel, but Jason seems to ignore depth like a lot of other NBA commentary. Especially when it comes to predicting regular season records. I get why he’s so big on the lakers having a punchers chance. On the other hand due to depth I have more faith the warriors will make the playoffs cause they can weather games without Draymond or Steph better than the lakers without Bron or AD.

  2. Kuminga and GSW didn't agree to any contract extensions, so that means most likely Kuminga will be traded this season. Probably, they will get the defensive big that GSW needs, and Kuminga is the piece key… GSW will not lose Kuminga for nothing.

  3. I just want to point out that the starting lineup offensive problems aren’t really a problem.they just missed shots a lot of them were good shots. It was just random cold shooting stretch

  4. Gawd Damn it, Jason!! I've been waiting for this video all damn DAY! I had to go through my entire work day without your take! Don't do it again 😂

  5. the league is in for a shock with regards to these Warriors ..the team is built like the 2015 Warriors yet no one is giving them a chance as serious contenders.Curry will sit out many 4th quarters..Top 3 seed in the West

  6. I am confused when you said Curry "didn't fill out the box score" .. I thought being just one rebound shy of a triple double in just 3 quarters played is virtually the definition of filling out the box score… am I misunderstanding the term?

  7. Steph didn’t fill up the box score? Huh, I guess one rebound away from a triple double isn’t filling up the box score.

  8. Jason, Buddy Hield, Moses Moody and Lindy Waters are GOOD! They are better than one of the starting 2 or 3's on probably 10 NBA teams.

  9. Good on offensive rebounds. I'm a W-fan, but I think the Ws have a chance to take it all. Looney looks really good. Hield is awesome. These guys are going to make Steph an assists leader.

  10. Jason, I don’t know basketball as much as I never played it on an actual team beyond 8th grade; however, my value in pickup ball came through sheer effort and stamina. I ran the floor on offense every time, I played defense as hard as I could, especially in transition. I honestly wasn’t good in terms of skill, but I would inevitably be one of the more valuable players due to that activeness.

I understand that players like Joel Embiid or maybe Damian Lillard can be excellent in the half-court and that is very needed. But this GSW team could play 12 guys for 20 minutes each, and if each one has built up the stamina and effort and defensive habits… they definitely hurt from lack of a single secondary shot creator in the half-court, but during the regular season they will be able to ruin a lot of teams that they otherwise might suffer from a skill gap against.

Even in the playoffs, they will never sweep a decent team, but over a 7-game series, playing 10-12 instead of 8 could give them an advantage in the later games as well as maybe the first half of the first game.

Could this be similar to and the natural progression of the evolution of the three point shot and 5-out concepts… pace and space to the extreme? I get that Kerr is probably experimenting, but could he be on to something?
