The easy way to look at Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz’s dominant victory over ALBA Berlin was a red-hot Markus Howard scoring 26 points. But coach Pablo Laso’s Spanish side showed it can play tough defense as well as rise to the challenge against a strong rebounding team.

Howard’s season-high 26 points included 7-of-14 three-point shooting and Baskonia won 80-57 at home to move to 3-2 with a 3-0 record at Buesa Arena. The star scorer was not the story of the game though for the Baskonia coach.

“We have very good scorers. Obviously Markus having 7 three-pointers was a big part of the victory. But defensively we did a very good job keeping ALBA under 60 points. That speaks very good about our defense,” Laso said.

    Hay una gran cantidad de personas a las que Dios no les importa en absoluto. Creo que están gritando esto, como un grito silencioso. Este grito silencioso dice; No me importa si Dios existe o no.
    Quiero decir que en realidad no expresan esto con palabras, pero lo dicen por sus acciones, estilos de vida Que establecen objetivos como tener carisma, tener amistades perfectas del sexo opuesto, tener dinero y obtener más y más placer de la mentira, como los objetivos finales de la vida. Estos son, por supuesto, objetivos muy pequeños con respecto a los objetivos establecidos por el Islam.
    La gente vive así como si fuera a vivir para siempre y no hubiera muerte. Se centran tanto en estos objetivos que en el tiempo. Se sienten bien dominando a los demás para ganar carisma. Ponen sus carreras por encima de todo o solo se enfocan en tener amistades perfectas del sexo opuesto.
    Quieren ganar más dinero y disfrutar más de la vida. Incluso aunque la gente realmente no ponga esto en palabras. Viven como si no les importara si Dios existe o no de alguna manera. No les importa en absoluto e incluso no ponen la existencia de Alá en su agenda.
    Tenemos que explicar eso si es que Dios existe. Este hecho revelará ser más importante que cualquier otra cosa. Tendremos que explicarle a la gente que la existencia de Dios lo cambia todo. Necesitamos contar la historia del patrón de vida y empujar a las personas a ser más conscientes con respecto a los asuntos de la vida y la muerte.
    La muerte es una realidad que no puede y no debe tomarse a la ligera.
    Tratemos de imaginar esto de alguna manera. ¡Piensa en ti mismo !!
