  1. As soon as they signed JJ as their new head coach, I knew the offense would actually be a system, with a amazing motion offense system. My only question was how good he’d be a coaching defense. The defense hasn’t necessarily been like god awful but it hasn’t been great. And he’s actually using AD like a first option. Hopefully it’s no more roller coaster six flags AD and we get the old Pelicans/First year with Lakers AD.

  2. Nobody on the team looks clueless, it’s actually incredible. I swear to god if Ham wasn’t our coach we go to the finals in 2023 I’ll die on that hill

  3. Jj is a great nba coach…i can see him being the lakers guy for years, building his own legacy

  4. We need to have knect get more minutes! When he is on the floor the spacing is so much better. And it doesn't hurt he can drop 3s like no ones business. Oh and he can drive to the basket.

  5. JJs ah bad a$$ maniac. Lakers hired a hidden basketball gem 💎. Let’s push for 3-0 tonight. Set a winning Culture out the gate. 💜💛💜💛

  6. I don’t know why people even thought JJ would be in over his head. You can clearly see the difference in him & ham hock. He’s very sharp.

  7. Even tho its just two games its good bc they haven't done that since Phil but if they can go 5 in a row then yea we have something

  8. Man I miss his podcast. Definitely my favorite bball pod but so glad he’s our coach. Haven’t been this excited since championship

  9. Only problem. The team is relying too much on AD. You are going to get him injured. I'm seeing the same problem as last year. Already!!

  10. Fans certifying a childish boy for a 2-0 start… the greatest organization in sports has fallen since the days of West, Buss, and Bryant

  11. Ik reddick knows the modern game bc he played in the modern game. He knows all these players in the league too well. He’s no coach pop or spo but he’s looking like a good coach

  12. This TEAM is really surprising me! They’re locked in soo early and they’re only gonna get better🤫 go lakers!!!

  13. People are giving a lot of credit to JJ and rightly so, but I think people have forgotten they added Nate McMillian and Scott Brooks with him. Both led their teams to eastern and western conference finals as head coaches. Scott even got to the finals. I don't think people realize just how good LA's coaching staff is.

  14. I mean Steve Kerr had to start somewhere right? JJ can be a great coach. None of that pygmy AAA or high school coach shit matters. This is the NBA

  15. Folks — make no mistake (but I'm sure it's always been obvious) Coach J.J. Reddick is RAZOR SHARP — knows every aspect of the game and that's translating to the team. He's maximizing the abilities of A.D. and is using Lebron wisely early on. Also noted is his praise of Gabe Vincent — very telling on the lack of production and focus of the very puzzling DLo.

  16. JJ “we tried a few different things that didnt work, and we just adjusted” now i want you to go back the last 2 seasons with Ham Sandwhich and tell me how many times you heard the words “we adjusted” 😭 going from Ham to JJ feels like going from McDonalds to a 5 star restaurant, JJ has all the makings of being a all-time great coach, and i couldnt be happier
