  1. Thereā€™s 0% chance that youā€™re not a elite coach and if your not you better stop wasting time and go teach you have the knowledge that could make a young man a great player

  2. Love all the stats. Adds great context to what you see with the eye test. What are Queta's rim protection numbers? I don't know off-hand. From the eye test, at times early last night Queta looked like his activity level lagged a bit, especially in the defensive paint, but clearly he put it together as the game went on.

Good call on not wanting Queta to lead with his chest defensively. A good shot blocker/rim protector always wants to keep some space between themselves and the offensive player so they can react to the ball without getting entangled with the shooter. Best way to challenge a shot blocker is to take the ball right through their chest so they can't anticipate, elevate and block your shot. Queta needs to develop his footwork to the point where he can dictate the space between himself and the offensive player and not the other way around.

Queta sure is fun to watch on the offensive glass though. Our fifth string center! Great stuff as always. Hope you enjoyed going to the game!

  3. Work the baseline, great analysis, I'm going to watch for that from now on. How loud is JB at the games could you hear him from where you were?

  4. I think Queta will be a beast once he hits the weight room with JBšŸ’ŖšŸ¾šŸ’ŖšŸ¾šŸ˜¤šŸ˜¤

  5. So heā€™s always been a solid screen setter, one of the better on our team his next big step I think would be positioning when he does not have the ball. He could roll a bit harder, he always seems a little out of position for the lob and I noticed a few times heā€™d be clogging up the lane. His offensive rebounding was great, I believe he finished five or seven, which is much more efficient than usual. I hope he can put it all together, I still think he could use a few pounds of muscle to even out his frame, and give him more of a base when heā€™s banging with Biggs. He has kind of skinny legs. I donā€™t know I think a little more muscle could give him some more balance. I donā€™t know how to explain it. He just kind of looks Chicken legs compared to the rest of his frame, but I think he did fair the best against Jonas.

  6. Oh one other thing I noticed was some communication problems between him and Al. Maybe it was just one possession that Iā€™m remembering, but I think there mightā€™ve been a few. Honestly, Kia has improved defensively, I wish he could find his way to more blocks, but he does a great jobwith the contests just using his length. His energy off of the bench is also a huge spark when he is playing well which has been more frequently lately. I hope he continues to develop, I believe we have him signed for a few years, right

  7. You can tell heā€™s been not only working on his game, but working on specific parts of his game that will benefit the team the most. Itā€™s awesome.

Heā€™s more consistent on defense, he has better footwork and touch around the rim, heā€™s really learning how to offensive rebound, itā€™s awesome.

I hope he gets a lot of burn this year to improve, he deserves it and if he can become a playoff rotation caliber player he can really give this team an interesting tool against certain matchups.

Because even tho the bucks havenā€™t looked like a true threat just yet, I still worry about this teams ability to guard their bigs.

Donā€™t forget in 2022 they even would play Giannis, Portis, and Brook at the same time against us because of their size and ability to space.

  8. Hope he has some offensive moves and a jump shot to help the defense.
    6:24 thatā€™s kinda off guard
Iā€™m a Hong Kong local by the way

  9. I have always liked Queta , he could be a 15 pt 10 boards a night guy, put up numbers like a Tyson Chandler…I would be happy with 10 and 10. The thing that I really like about him is he gets right in the middle of it, shows no fear and is always around the ball

  10. He's still not near the IQ of Kornet, that's why Joe still plays Luke. But physical-wise, Queta always has the edge

  11. First thing I noticed was his great hands. I knew he was going to get the Cs more offensive possessions and for a lot of centers that have low usage usually they get a pass and fumble it because they werenā€™t expecting the ball but the ball it just sticks to Queta

  12. Queta deserves props. He's very resourceful and you really see how his soccer experience helps him a great deal. Very fine video my friend. Keep em coming.
