Can we all agree that Bobby does not make sense for this team? His buckets were nice when we were more solid defensively but now it feels like he’s just not necessary and brings nothing on defense
We had an opportunity to get Oso Ighodaro in the 2nd rd, and we get a freaking project player, that's Jon Horst for you. Ighodaro would have easily replaced Bobby Portis in the rotation given that Ighodaro is a good passer and plays good defense.
A lot of new bucks media has been so delusional about this roster foe two years. Dame better score 30 plus points because hes worth 25 easy points to the other team. Prince, GTJ Delon……these guys are so so defenders not even good enough to be starters, these are bench defense reserves. ever since we got Dame, everyone who knew ball knew middelton had to be traded for wing defense. The Bucks are going nowhere, and this isn't on Doc. I'm a Celtic fan, i put all of this on ownership. Yeah injuries have happened, but the roster decisions are terrible.
Some of the 3s were open and some were tough makes. We needed to give different looks in defence. Change to zone for a bit or fully switch for a bit. We played the same defensive scheme all the game except at the end where giannis came more on the perimeter but then we lost the rebound battle in the interior. Its just one game we need to stay focused and see where we are 20 games in.
Im done with Giannis, he gives up on a play if it doesnt go his way, he just throws it to the other team and he completely loses his mind, he doesnt play well with other players and doesnt make them better, and he still cant make free throws, he has zero B-Ball IQ
If Bucks fans think that the sixth player is responsible for the collapsing defense in the 3rd quarter they are dellusional. This roster consists of old veterans and some free agents that no one wants. The lack of energy was apparent in the second half when they were outscored. There are no young players in this team. Big centers like lopez are obsolete for the modern nba when all 5 players need to switch and cover the perimeter. Lillard lacks defensive awareness, same with prince and trent jr. The bench productivity is very weak. If Portis does not score basically is game over. Giannis should leave this team. He has been loosing his peak years in Milwaukee. And this trade will benefit the organization too so they can rebuild properly.
Doc is the issue. The whole team is the issue, it doc is the issue. First off, where the fuck is the effort? They need to play with energy, and doc has to create that energy in them. Also, Doc sitting same and Gianni’s constantly at times when we needed them was an issue. Giannis also had a bag game. End of the day, we need changes.
A lot of people probably didnt consider that the 5 guys who led the Bulls in mins last night (Vuc, Coby, Zac, Pat, Ayo) have all been together for awhile now. Theyve been in some battles together and played like a cohesive unit. The Bucks didnt and looked sloppy.
Been a bucks fan since 2018 and the vid is pretty spot on, Bobby and Brook only work well against certain matchups which is a problem. The offense looks decent, but i agree with the idea of playing andre jackson jr more like they did in last years playoffs. but at the end of the day, its not like we dont have 80 more basketball games to play 🤷🏼

The was one point in the game where the defence was a total disaster, bulls players were wide open on the 3pt line

But Bobby got 9 and 12 like at least he gets boards. And has energy, but Brook is too big to only grab 4 rebounds in 29 mins
