How To Play More Aggressive In Basketball (Bronny James Breakdown)

How To Play More Aggressive In Basketball (Bronny James Breakdown)

In the 2024 NBA Preseason, Bronny James didn’t play spectacular but there’s 1 thing that stopped him from playing great: aggression. Like many basketball players at all levels, Bronny doesn’t have the experience to be aggressive against his current level of competition. In order to overcome this, reflection, correction, and repetition are key. In this basketball breakdown, we utilize Bronny James’ film from the Los Angeles Lakers Preseason to reflect and correct bad decisions and tendencies that prevent hoopers from being aggressive.

  1. this is the thing if you are poor and want something you will get it if you are rich and get something you move like bronny

  2. Awful Coaching channel nailed it without "hating" as some people are supposable calling it. The kid lacks fundamentals and you can't teach that at such a late age. My question is who has been teaching Bronny how to play because his father didn't and it seems that his high school nor his college coach did either.

  3. This take didn't age well. In fact it only took 1 day for you to look like a complete fool with this take. Go find something else to do because your take is ultra garbage and your channel is garbage.

  4. Really good video and I respect the maturity to not bash him. It's easy to laugh at him sitting on your couch at home. Being a NBA player is extremely hard.

  5. I need this. In my current winning team, I always feel like I'm at 2 position but my mindset is on the safety transition defense already because it's only me and 1 that's always running back. I doubt the rest of our team is running back on defense on time from a turnover or missed shot. So my only scoring options are last ditch kick outs which happens only a few times.

When you're in a bad team, the aim is to win. When you're winning, you start to want to contribute in it. Defense is important (I think I have decent minutes in our team because of my energy and defense.), but my mind tells me I deserve to score as well. But I should build up that confidence and aggressiveness.

  6. this vid remind me of kobe's detail series. very good job articulating the subtle details of basketball

  7. Good analysis. It's very much a mental issue, too much 'in his head' like you said. I think he'd do better if his dad wasn't directly involved.

Saw some other youtube video 'analyzing' his performance, dude was just screaming about how terrible he was instead of making legitimate points about how me could improve.

  8. NO WAY DO IS ON HIS DNA,HES FATHER IS THE ONLY SELF PROCLAIM SUPERSTAR THAT HE ALS SCARE OF SHOOT THE BALL.. THE LASTMINUTES OF EVERY 4TH QUARTER.

  9. You can have as many assets and tricks up your sleeve. But the foundation of making sure you keep all these fundamental aspects, is confidence. That's the source of your success.

  10. Great coaching. I look forward to someone or something lighting a fire beneath Bronny. I don't think I've ever seen him play with motivation to win.

  11. Bronny should watch some old school Russell Westbrook imo. Gotta be more fearless with all his athleticism. Not saying he’s on that level but he’s gonna have to be a more energetic player if he’s not gonna be a spot up player

  12. Cool we acknowledge that he can learn he just needs to learn to play the game at his own pace. That’s the thing though, he’s learning. He won’t get many opportunities to do so during the season but I hope I keeps at it.

  13. His ceiling is Alex Caruso once his iq get better defensively and offensively I can see him lasting as a role player.

  14. Not picking up your dribble is 5th grade. No killer instinct on offense whatsoever. There’s a difference growing up with 10 million in your pocket and $10 dollars.

  15. hey bro this is a good anaylysis but did you ever play at a high level so you can judge people? do you personally think you have enough knowledge to critique people at this high of a level? not angry im just curious to see

  16. I don't think he was ready for the pressure. and I've been thinking about how…like where/what is he gonna do after..this is a kid who had the best of the best…im not seeing him improving much. I do think his dad is gonna get in his ass but like….
