Letting Klay go was the right move. The wrong move was keeping Draymond. Keep Kuminga, and trade everyone else (yes, Steph included). If you're not going to bring in enough talent to put around Steph for a title run, then it's time to get whatever value you can for him. The package I could get in return for Steph is way more valuable than a first-round exit.
