If they fail to crack the top 10 and at least make the Play-In Tournament, consider this season a failure. De’Aaron Fox, Domantas Sabonis, Harrison Barnes and company give the Kings their best chance to end the streak in years. If they miss out, expect general manager Monte McNair, who is in the last year of his contract, to be, fairly or unfairly, under scrutiny. — Jason Jones
