Showtime Celtics.
LET’S GO CELTICS 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It's only preseason, but the spacing and pace seemed more free flowing and better on offense. More talented roster too!
Garden report in mid season form already, too!
It just seemed like a college team playing against a freshmen highschool team, I think we need to see them playing against a contending team to get a good gauge on this Celtics roster
Play Hauser
Somebody buy Josue a mic please
From the games I’ve seen hauser play going towards the end of last season he’s a alright defender. I don’t think he hurts you as much as you think.
John, if you want your "fairytale" ball movement with no stars and winning championships, GO WATCH HOOSIERS. Tatum is OUR GUY. We want him with the ball measuring the defense and making plays because WHEN THE GAME SLOWS DOWN IN THE PLAYOFFS (Geek), someone has to make a play for you and we all saw Tatum do that. He just burned out at the end. 🤦🏾♂️
Welcome back, Celtics! I went to the game. Sam Hauser had a great game.
What is it lately that he has no patience for Josue and his technical issues?
Someone was blowing their nose while John was talking… Something's going on behind these scenes.
brodgon > smart
Smart is gunna be a strong candidate for 6th man of the year. Imagine back to back awards…Smart fans in the media are going to be in a frenzy.
💚💚
JB best player in the playoffs for the C’s. Improving every year. Best player on the team for sure. I remember you guys making fun of Jaylen Brown. You’re not going to live that down. Give him his respect and stop the BS. Us real Celtics fans knew JB was Batman from the jump. Best duo in the league though.
What a way to start the preseason!
JB looked good scoring, very efficient. Get rid of those TOs though lol but man I love that 11 points 9 assists from Brogdon was the best stat line of the game. Love it.
This look more of the same from what we were seeing from the Celtics 2nd half of last year.
Tatum – I will forever be low on. I don’t like his game and don’t see why everyone else sees. Someone please tell me what makes Tatum “great” what is the skill that makes him elite?
Brown – amazing player and so efficient, but still has turnover woes. I can see brown cleaning up his turnovers and bring his “elite” scoring to the next level
Smart – I still don’t like him as a PG. I like his defense and all but with possessions with him being the primary ball handler there ain’t much to be excited about. It’s just a turnover waiting to happen because a non-ball handler is handling the ball 🤷🏾♂️
Horford – The old man is still a stud. Nothing more to say.
Grant – He is who Semi wish he was. Grant is phenomenal and no one can say anything less then that.
Everyone else – they did good and played their role. I’m interested in seeing more Brogdon being the primary ball handler, but I’ll be honest and say I was never a Brogdon fan. Anytime I seen him play the Cs he was dominated… but I liked his passes and his decisions with the ball.
All and all, I like what the Celtics have and I like the big salaries they have (Brogdon/White) these 2 contracts can bring a disgruntled star back down the line as long as they keep boosting their value.
🟢☘️🏀 W!!!!!
Is Tatum ever gonna shoot the ball like a superstar idk let’s say like jaylen brown every year it’s the same clunky ass jump shot
Road to Banner 18 started today. Talent only got better from existing and added players, and you will see Mazzulla is a good enough coach (trust in Brad on that). When Tatum starts shooting well again like in pre-2021/22 years this team is unstoppable
Start Brogdon
John’s right about not running the offense through Tatum
welcome back
