  1. I don't know if he s going to beat mj but if he take 2 more ring there s no way someone can say lebron was the goat because how can you be the best when there s another player did this to you and that player took 3 against you

  2. He can't pass MJ or Kobe. His ceiling is third greatest ever. He already passed Bron and KD. Magic is next.

  3. Clayton Crowley's series Making the Case really says all there is to be said about this endless argument. Once he retires Steph may well end up in the conversation too. Personally for now though my pick is Tim Duncan.

  4. Very funny steph maybe better than Jordan? hahahaha the rules today make him Steph if he played in Jordan era he will be great but not as great

  5. I like both of them but let's be real here, true GOAT brings big changes to the game. When Kareem was playing back then, everybody loves to shoot hook shots. When MJ, LBJ, and Kobe is playing, everybody wants to fly high above the rim. When Steph is playing, everybody loves shooting threes. I can actually say that Steph and LBJ is now the GOAT. MJ's era is done. Every player right now is molded to become the next Steph or LeBron no matter what your playing style is.

  6. If he picked up all of that additional hardware, he'd be in the conversation. But going from 4 to 7 would be a huge jump. A lot would have to go right for Steph and the Ws. I'm a huge fan, but that would be hard to anticipate.

  7. I always agree with you but this will never fly 😂, you know 3pt shoots were not a strategy back then

  8. I love doubting Steph, cuz time and time again he gains my respect by proving me wrong. I hope he stays healthy and win few more chips.

  9. If Steph could 3peat (Warriors win the 2023 and 2024) and win all the FMVPs, he still slightly behind MJ. But if somehow Steph could 4peat, then it's over. Steph will be the new GOAT

  10. Not happening….. And even if Steph earns more trophies and awards then MJ …..people can not except it

  11. Curry 5 missed playoffs, 3-1 lead blown, took in a player greater than himself in Durant too ring chase. Steph's has most definitely been stopped, despite never facing teams as great as 1986-87 Celts, or 1989-90 Pistons. MJ would be greater in Steph's own era than Steph is, and Steph would be a worst player in MJ's era than MJ was, and than Curry is in her s current era. Jordan and Steph arent close at all. Steph shoots 3's and free throws better % wise, but MJ is better in the post, mid range, in the paint, and MJ draws more fouls. Physical defense can ruin Steph, especially the level of physical defense in Jordans era. Steph benefits from rule changes that benefits his skill sets.

  12. Bro Steph doesn't need that
When it gets on his head that he is the best player or what he lose in the finals
    Against Bron kyrie and love
The man wants to be the greatest shooter and he is now the best shooter and will retire as the best shooter all time
Best player in warriors all time
One of the best players of all time not the greatest of all time
Klay said it already they're winning championship just shooting three's
They only want is to win

  13. Love your Videos always for years but there is and Never will be a conversation. And im a Fan of steph since his rookie year my fav. Player

  14. I agree Steph would have to win more than 6 rings for me to surpass LeBron and Jordan in my personal 2 man goat debate because of the context of the rings and finals appearances.

The reason I have LeBron about tie or over Jordan is when I look at context of the finals and say take the best player off each team whose team is better.

Lebron had 4 rings, and 4 or arguably 5 finals losses that if you took the best player off of each team, I would take the other teams roster, and on 4 occasions, it's not even close 2007,2015,2017,2018. Btw watch a highlight package of 2014 Finals Wade, people just act like this finals loss Lebron playing next to a superstar because he's still Wade, but really he wasn't.

With one occasion LeBron lost and had the better team 2011.While Jordan all 6 rings if you take him off the Bulls and the best player off the opposing team it's close to even or Bulls better roster.

Take Steph off the Warriors and LeBron off the Cavs for the 3 titles he won vs Lebron.

    2015
    Smith, Thompson, Mosgov,Dellavedova
    Vs
    Klay,Draymond, Iguodala, Barnes
    Warriors by alot
(better coach and depth as well)

    2017
    Kyrie, Love, Smith, Thompson
    Vs
    Durant, Klay,Draymond, Iguodala
    Warriors by alot
    (arguably better depth as well)

    2018
    Love, Hill, Smith, Thompson
    Vs
    Durant, Klay, Draymond, Iguodala
Warriors by alot it's a joke

2016 Steph played poorly and lost a 3-1 lead, it's akin to LeBrons 2011 finals in negative resume note.

2019 Steph lost undermanned and played great, not his fault.

2021 is the first and only title Steph has won where you can take the best player off of each team and he didn't have a significantly better team than the opposing teams star.

  15. My favorite player is Stephen Curry, but please if you have time to delete this video please do it 😂. You just making this video to produce more hate to Curry I knew it. We all know steph won't win 9 more scoring titles and 2 dpoys for the rest of his nba career to surpass the GOAT. Stop making this video man.

  16. Mj played in the toughest era of basketball ever, and the pistons literally were intent to injure Mj which is how they beat him, so bringing up his losses in the finals is irrelevant, but I think is steph wins 2 more rings he's top 4 all time behind, Mj, Kobe, and Kareem

  17. Jordan’s greatness comes from those 6-8 years that he truly dominated the league and that is what everyone remembers. That is the only thing the media talks about and that peak has been imprinted in most of our minds.

And here we have a real life David slaying Goliaths in this league. A lot of people don’t want to root for Curry’s greatness because often times they see themselves in an undersized guard in a league of giants… they could never see themselves being great so they hate on Curry.. and the inverse is true as well.. the giants that could not make it to Curry’s greatness don’t want to see or believe that someone smaller and less athletic could be greater than them.

Curry’s journey isn’t over yet… the conversation is welcomed.. but we really do have to wait until he is finished to crown him GOAT.

  18. Forget that GOAT conversation, he is not better than Bird,Shaq,Kobe,Duncan just to name a few, I am not even mentioning the top 5 yet. I don't think he is in the top 10 yet. In the future who knows but not right now

  19. LAWHO POP POP'S thru when it comes to Rings Steph has personally dominated Labron in this era he's responsible for half of his championship defeats

  20. Curry will never ever be in Mike..kobe..lebron category..A one way player and less accolades n less all nba team..Will never be.

  21. Jesus Loves you and wants you to accept him as your Lord and saviour to accept him as your Lord and saviour

  22. No, if steph gets one more ring he will not be ahead of lebron. I’d say if he gets one more championship he would be on 5th place, being ahead of magic. Let’s say he wins 2: he’d be top 3 all time for me, after lebron and mj. However, in order to pass lebron, he would have to win 2 more rings, 2 more fmvps, and one more mvp.

  23. He honestly has to win more rings than MJ to even be considered. I like Steph more than any other player, and given the choice he’d be my first pick for a dream team, but Michael’s accomplishments are tremendous.

They are very similar in their levels of impact to the game and outside it during their player careers though.

  24. This video, I am afraid, is not objective at all.

MJ never lost more than two games in a row for an entire decade. From 1990 to 1998.

MJ played in the hand checking era. There are videos out in which Steph has to deal with some hard 80s and 90s like defense and he really has big trouble in that defense. if MJ played today, he would easily average 40 points in his prime; remember that MJ averaged 37.6 ppg in 1987.

Curry's teams are STACKED. MJ had only one All Star, Pippen, in his team. If MJ replaced Curry in this era, the Warriors would have at least another 3 rings. If MJ had Klay, one of the two best shooters in history, and KD, one of the best players in NBA history, the Bulls would have won at least two more rings.

MJ is 6-0 in the finals. He is UNDEFEATED in the finals.

    MJ has 6 finals MVPs.

MJ played with no all star from 1984 to 1989. His team was shitty, but they constantly made the playoffs. MJ went against the 86 Celtics, arguably one of the greatest squads of all time. If MJ was replaced by Steph in the 80s, the Bulls wouldn't make the playoffs.

MJ lost to the Pistons because he was brutally beaten up by them.

The Pistons were not old in 1991. Dumars was 27, Dennis Rodman was 29, Isiah Thomas was 29, Laimbeer was 33.

MJ is the only player at 40 years old to score 40 points or more in a game.

MJ averaged a triple double when he was put to play point guard for a number of games.

    MJ has the highest PER.

MJ has the highest win shares.

MJ never had a game where he scored less than 15 points for over 15 years.

MJ played 82 games in regular season.

MJ could have easily developed a 3 point game, if he needed. The Portland NBA finals prove it. Jordan is listed with 6 3pters made in a finals game, before shortening the 3pt line distance.

    MJ has two threepeats.

MJ has the highest viewing rating for finals, at 38 million viewers.

MJ's shoes far outshell all the other players' shoes, even after so many years he is out of the league.

MJ's entry in the 75 ceremony showed who is the GOAT. When he entered the arena, he got by far the biggest cheers/applause than any other player.

In a recent poll, 73% of active NBA players admitted MJ is the GOAT.

(all the above info is from memory and some may not be accurate).

I like Steph as much as the next guy, and he certainly changed the game with his shooting, but MJ still remains the GOAT, and Curry is not even close…

  25. Bruh are we just gonna forget that the 2 chips steph won with Durant doesn’t count. Everyone knows that that super team was not fair and once Durant left the team fell to LAST in the league. And they only won this year against a rookie team in their first finals with absolutely no finals experience. And people expected them to just deal with pressure. Give me a break man😂🤣

  26. No one can surpass each other because Steph is the MJ of this era, each player is unique but to be the greatest, ones must be humble

  27. 3 rings, 3 FMVP, 5 more all stars, and 1 MVP till Curry’s my GOAT, now he still sits at the 7-9 spot all time

  28. I'm a super fan of the warriors and obviously Curry, but he will never be Michael Jordan, there will always be only one MJ 🤷🏽

  29. Jordan can never be surpassed by todays NBA players. His scoring efficiency can't be matched along with his defensive skill but hey, Curry is already "GOAT Shooter" that is something we don't even have to debate.
