Jeannie Buss is so in over her head as far as basketball operations and personnel. and whoever she is listening to is driving this franchise into the likelihood of a decade-long period of mediocrity. The window to start a long overdue rebuild is closing fast. Show Pelinka the door, push out the Rambis', hire a real GM, and trade James and Davis while they still have trade value. Next year is too late as both will only have one year left on their deals (they will opt out in 2024), which will scare off most teams.
