Something touched on here, but I’d *love* to see us go to the Smart-Tatum inverted P&R a little more this season. Against a lot of teams it’s basically guaranteed to either give Tatum a favorable matchup on a smaller player or give Smart a 4-on-3 to attack on the roll, which is a great way to take advantage of his elite passing.

I think keeping Smart healthy and fresh for the playoffs is an underrated factor for the Celtics. Most of the focus is on Rob/Brogdon because of their injury histories, Horford because of his age and Tatum because of the massive burden he carries and how it seemed like he wore down by the finals but if Smart could avoid getting nicked up it could be huge. That stat on Smart going from 63% at the rim in the regular season to 51% made me think of it. Some of it was playing against 3 elite defenses, but I also think his various injuries played a role.

[My favorite Smart floater is the first one in this video](https://youtu.be/0scRwMp7yqs), mostly for Rob’s “and FUCKING 1!”
