Gelo went 0 for 3. Not 0 for 4. That one step back 3 was cringe but the other 2 3's were good looks in the flow of the game. If Gelo hit those two 3 pointers it would be a totally different story. Like Gelo got 6points and 1 rebound in 4 minutes shooting over 50% from 3!!!! 😆 Nerves played a part no doubt but those shots will start falling. That was Gelos first time on an NBA team coming onto an NBA floor. With more minutes Gelo will produce. He's shown that at every level he's played at. Highschool , College , Overseas Pro league, Drew League , NBA Swarm G-League summer league , and he will produce in the NBA for the Hornets. Look at Booknight. Over 20 minutes and I think 0 points? He’s obviously not fully working on being a better sharpshooter and also not fully practicing his jumpshot as a whole, seems like he’s more focused on working out and dunking/contact finishes which is at the moment useless becuz he’s not gonna get any chances/attempts right now cuz that’s not his role on the hornets also too working out too much on your arms, legs and stuff gives you too much strength on your jumper and makes it harder to control the power and accuracy to get it close to going thru the rim which he’s failing at he airballed 1 shot and hella bricked the corner 3 ball like dude Gelo this is a wayy too bad of a look for you to earn future spots on a roster let alone consistent minutes if lucky more minutes added later during the season and on..
