Best coach in the league
Really think Steve is right…Mac McClung is an NBA player. It's true you can't coach height but there have been quite a few of great NBA players who were six foot two. I think he could have added another dimension and a lot of energy coming off the bench. Passing and moving is a big part of the Warrior game and maybe Mac didn't pick up on that quickly enough. He's got tremendous athletic ability though, which you also can't coach. I think one season with this team and he really could have developed. I think Steve, himself is only about six foot two. Just think how the NBA would be different if everyone had passed on Steve. Oh well, we'll see down the road what happens.

Mac McClung has great NBA potential but needs a home to house his talents! Disappointing way to end things with the Warriors but in a few years we will see him thriving again!
Japan is utopia compared to the bay
In the last game McClung shot well at 4 for 6 shooting, and had two assists, and no turnovers, and two steals, and was a plus 20 in just a few minutes of play. DiVencenzo was 0 for 3 and had 3 turnovers and was a NEGATIVE 10 for his time on the court. McClung was one of the Warriors best bench players in that game. He deserved better.
Warriors really need a play maker in the bench since Iggy will not play that much this season.

i really like the fact that he said the team will be shaped as we go because even though the main roaster still the same the team dynamics will change alot with the rookies playing vital minutes

McClung to me showed he was willing to assist and involve his team mate. He not the ball dominant Guard Kerr say he seem to be. Rollins in his play seem to be really ball dominant and he seem to be caught in no man land with getting stuff at the rim. Rollin isnt a cutter at the moment, his strength seem to be the mid range shot.
Biggest issue in this preseason is the turnover. Our passing has been horrible. I say we been dribbling too much. We need to pass it even more with less turnovers. Trevion William was a good passer, I hated to see him being released.
Rollins been practicing less than a month, I hope he get some of the rust off before regular season. I know he is fast has a first quick step. Our offense would look better when the outside shots start falling, then the cutting will have better success.
There isn’t that many less vets they got green and Donte and lost belli Porter and Payton and Jaun but those last 2 didn’t have much experience in nba but I guess being older does help. Moody has iq beyond his years and Kuminga is a future star once he gets comfortable and figures out when to pick his spots
