Yea lakers really made the Kings use up every 24 shot clock. The kings were thinking alot on how to score. Obviously we lost the 2nd half but those were not the lineps we will run when things gets started.

We played Good Defense in spurts on Monday!!!
Playing Good/Great Defense takes a lot of Energy so, as We get in better shape, I believe Our Defense will Improve.
And, We need AD to stay Healthy along with Our Bench playing well so, LBJ only has to play 30ish Minutes a Game so, He doesn’t have to rest on Defense.
Lastly, Our Sub-Par Rebounding on Monday was a result of Sub Par Defense – When You play Good Defense and stay with Your Man, it’s easier to Bloc(k) Out & get Rebounds.
I think I saw too many jumpers last game…. But also how incredible was Cole Swider? Checks in. Catches. Launches contested 3 from 30ft. Money. Really excited to see him moving forward.
Playing with Lebron is double edge sword….people are standing around waiting for Lebron to initiate offense, this is exactly how you get blown out by 30….not sure how we're talking Laker defense in preseason game 1…when they only had 1 player with a (Plus+) in the +/_ category….. AD was ready to Play 11/11 in 16 min….. Not sure what that whole Lebron team workout did for efficiency…but standing around waiting for Lebron,,, they got part down pat…..

Great video. This team is definitely underrated defensively. Our wings aren't elite, but juan Toscano, reaves, troy brown and wenyen are all solid wing defenders. I think Lonnie is going to have a breakout season too.

They have the potential for being a top 10-12 defense–provided they stay committed on the defensive end.
If AD and bev push the limits plus the other pieces. Ik a lot of people going to hate but they could be top 5 defense. Bev and AD in last few seasons are top 5 in opponent fg %. The Lakers are only team in league to have that, it doesn’t say much but it’s something.
I say they have a average defense at best. Not doubting the team. I just would like the defense to stay consistent. I’m only speaking on my opinion and on my views from the first game. Hopefully they get better
We just need another solid Wing defender to try to slow down Kawhi. I might get made fun of for this but Stanley Johnson was able to guard and slow down Kawhi to some degree back when Kawhi was with Toronto and Stanley with Detroit Pistons. Stanley is a big boi
