In the NBA’s annual general manager survey ahead of the 22-23 season, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Memphis Grizzlies have been voted the two franchises with the most promising young core. The Cavaliers rank first with 41 percent of the vote, while the Grizzlies rank second at 38 percent of the vote. Before the 21-22 season, the Atlanta Hawks received the most support in the category at 50 percent of the vote.
