Didn’t experience this issue, but I did have my own issues trying to sign up. I purchased league pass on the app on my phone and it wasn’t working. Had to cancel it during the free trial period, then re-purchase it for it to start working
NBA tech support is disappointing in general… had lots of issues trying to stream the game yesterday. The app kept signing me out randomly. Also the NBA app on tv did not have audio support during pregame coverage, had to watch that on my phone then switch to TV at tip-off
