Jeff is the real deal, I saw something in him at summer league. During open gym the way he talks about the love of the game, he lives, sleeps, and breathe ball.
I’m concerned that our ball movement is so stagnant. And our off ball movement is near nonexistent. I don’t like looking this bad against the Celtic starters. I am happy to get another game from Banton without turnovers. And Koloko is looking further along than I would have thought possible.
The referees cheated their ass off in this game too and they still won.

Young guys can get in their own heads sometimes and getting over that is a big part of being professional. Basing your confidence on the work you're putting in rather than the results you're getting is how you become consistent in whatever your path. Obviously I can't really know what's going on but that's what I think Precious needs to do.
Birch looked really good out there again. If he keeps it up It makes keeping some of the standout guys like Josh Jackson a lot easier

Celtics players lost something, maybe knowing Nia Long aint coming around anymore, thats the fire they lost. Lol.
Our bench showed that they are really team 1b just like we had a few years back. Don't need 3s, the zebras tried to help, Freddie couldn't get a legit call in the first.. ok their cards are on the table. We will find another way to win. We have 10+ legitimate starter contenders so we can switch and flip and change on the fly. Precious does need to get his head out of his tail pipe.. so you missed a bucket? So what? Get your ass back on D and try again. Nobody is going to hit every bucket they go for.

I’d rather Jeff Dowtin off the bench than Flynn, i agree we wouldn’t have won with him at point tonight.
This is all about bench views. Cause our main 6 want saying nada.
Koloko was nice, looking like he was about to heat up, only if we gave him more touches and got him controlling the middle.
But our deep bench warriors did the work. Jackson was looking hungry, putting up some quality shots and attacking the rim knowing he couldn't be stopped. Dowtin is and should be our back up, cause my yut just know WHERE to score, gets the other players in position and dishes in a good spot where they can capitalize on buckets or drives to the rim. And I think he the only one who pump fakes, to get his defender on his heels. I just need him to be efficient on the free throws. Wilson had a strong outting. I just need him to pass the ball a little better and pump fake too. He could trapped my guy good and went to the net maybe even for an and 1 the last 24.seconds. defense was a little sketchy but tightened up towards the ends. But they will get better once playing with each other a little more. You can see they are building a good chemistry even though they are fighting for the final seats on the raptor squad. Gabe brown did his thing, but we all know he going to the 905, so I cant stay too hyped on him. Birch super surprised me. I am feeling his confidence though. Dowtin mad him look really good and needed. Banton is banton… lkke in the summer league. Put dowtin at point and have banton on the swing. It will work really good. Overall good look on our bench, we looking real hungry especially if they can clamp don better on the Defensive side.geez( who gonna read this😛😂😂)
Nurse betta make sure wind sprints is coming for our main 6 next practice….geez what a weak display ( I dont care it was preseason… its boston, they should have known they were gonna come out and play us, like it meaned something)
