YEAHHHHHHHH BABYYYYY FTL
Matt your swinging on Keegan's you know what right now he looks solid so far no doubt but let's not crown him yet until we see more day in day out with reg season games against some better competition Lakers starters didn't play too long but I def agree I like what I see 👍
I get the idea of Murray off the bench as extra fire power for the second unit, but I agree that he is better with the starting unit .. his three point shooting just gives the team better spacing for fox to work in
In sure, the coach knows what he's doing 😵
That Keegan Murray debut looks repeatable. Didn't look like a flash in the pan. I didn't see how he handles the double team. Because he might have to go to the first unit to avoid the double team.
Lj is not the greatest and will never b one.
Glad the Kings won. Especially against the Lakers. Even if the Lakers aren't a great team…the more successful the Kings can be against them, the better ai see the season going. Because I think it adds confidence that if they can take it to a LeBron James team…they can compete with anyone.
I like that Keegan Murray continues to impress and improve and work hard.
I think the second unit will get better. I don't see them at the top of the league for bench units, but if they can end in that 13-18 middle of the pack range…I would be happy in terms of the bench and what they do.
And with build bars…let me know if they ever do some diabetic friendly stuff.
I have to stay away from a lot of sweets and carbs. So…if they come up with something diabetic friendly…I might try it. (Like it says so on the package even. I hate having to read packaging for 10 minutes trying to figure out if I can eat it or not).
If keegan can play the 3 it is more helpful to the Kings. They might have the best bench if he can . Kings are strong at the 4 already. 2nd 5 could be a starting team. With Keegan at the 3.
Mitchell/ Murray will be killing it. THE FUTURE?
Let's nerd it up ( non-Japanese style)
Keegan right now is a better nba player than ball chucker buddy and fraud bagley.
Let that sink in former kings buddy and bagley fans.
They ran buddy's favorite "I'm running off a screen, catching and shooting" play for Keegan, and it looked so much nicer when a 6'9 player does it.
Buddy was a 6'2 shooter shooting over his teammate setting the screen and the opponent's arm. And buddy chucking up 12 to 13 of those low percentage 3s a game. Thanks for wasting 12 precious nba possessions every game.
Keegan playing will give the kings 5 more wins. That's 35 wins.
To get to 40+ wins, well, all that depends on fox's shooting abilities. And the kings being a average 15 to 20 rank defense.
Locked on, d&m , 1320 ect… All you guys are probably the best out of all the other teams shows
I think Keegan is an NBA 3 who can play 4 in a small ball setup. The Kings are just figuring out who can play the 4 alongside him.
KZ reminds me of Ron Artest
Kings can't match up level of talent for level of talent when it come to the starting 5. But somehow some way . . . That has allowed the Kings to be incredibly deep !!! I think Sabonis , Fox , and Barnes just have to keep the game with-in 10 points . . . Then let the second unit destroy people in the 3rd quarter. Excited for the next PRESEASON game to see if the hypothesis holds up. Keegan did hold his own. Would be cool with him in the starting lineup . . . But also like him as a Iguodala, Dantley , Aguirre type off the bench.
Great to see the product finally, I think defense is going to be the decider for Keegan, between serviceable and star. Keep it up Matt.
It's only preseason we shouldn't put too much into it .. also it was only the first game they all played together good win, the line up will switch every preseason game to find the best fit . .. but can we please just enjoy and give the kings some credit and time to show up n out 🙏🏾
We're supporting good podcasting, if you sucked at it we wouldn't listen to you. Keep up the great work Matt!!
I swear I'm so incredibly like attentive to DeAaron and his shooting. He's so up and down for the last couple seasons, its hard to say how he will play be this year. Keegan seems to be so consistent and like ik what im going to see from him for the most part. Just one game but just an opinion
Maybe Mike Brown is trying to create another Ben Simmons on Sacramento’s team
And only 7 Kings Turnovers…
57 and 70 is awesome Brother!!😊
Put Barnes in bench and start Keegan. Barnes played poor defense again just like last year.
Also, Fox, Sabonis, and Huerter didn't score well in the first quarter.
Bro coach Brown is playing with you. Keegan Murray is going to start.
Murray has a starter game not an instant offense guy plays well within offense and lets game come to him.
I don't think it matters THAT much if a rookie doesn't start, or any player really. The better players will eventually get the most minutes. Murray will get his minutes and will be in the starting lineup sooner or later. *start, don't start … how did Steph Curry do coming off the bench against Denver in last season's playoffs? Lots of points as I recall …
Fox looked thirsty. He's gotta learn to share the limelight.
We came out flat. What does the locker room look like pre game? Who is vocal and who isn't?
We don't trust anybody. If things look stupid the message will be conveyed.
9-36 on 3's. Couldn't we just take 15? That's 21 possessions where we could've ran a play.
Great video
