Bruh you are happy about your top players being negative plus minus?
Enjoyed the chat. I watched the game and enjoyed Landales minutes (I'm in Melbourne, Aus). I'm not really sure what I'm concerned about but there is a bit of me that thinks the players don't want to ramp the price of the franchise up for Sarver. I read about the potential buyers and the time frame and I get they might not like the guy or necessarily want to see him profit from the situation. That being said, the franchise needs to do well as the window will not stay open forever. I very much hope the situation resolves soon but get the feeling it won't. If it doesn't, I'm not sure we will see the very best this roster can deliver. PS – I am very much in the camp that Dario and Jae will be shipped in the same deal.
Shamet could be much more solid off the bench than Payne, whose not facilitating the overall offense. Landale is all ready filling in the deficit left by McGee, great find. I'm not sold on Lee, but he seems to have a small net positive impact on the offensive. I'm excited about Saric being back, he looks solid.
Jock was under-utilised while at SA, he has game and can easily be good enough to play with the bench unit.
Shamet would be so much more effective with more shots and minutes. Makes zero sense Book playing the entire first while Shamet goes cold on the bench. It's no coincidence that his best games came last season when Book was injured. Get him some 1st quarter burn and some extra shots.
Barely beating the dumpster fire lakers is not a good thing
Lakers fans always talk when they're up 😜 haha. I didn't have a chance to watch the game but aytons stats didn't seem to prove well. Lakers didn't have Davis so both of those are some concerns… Also, I know you guys already know this but cam Johnson isn't it at power forward and Mikal bridges doesn't seem like he's adding much to his offensive repertoire.
Wow! The Suns are worse than awful. You can see it in their eyes. The magic is gone! And don't tell me "it's just 1 preseason game" because time will show differently. On top of the obvious chemistry issues, when does Ayton go 3-12? Never! Bridges has bulked up and it's cost him his athleticism. He was 1-8 and looked absolutely horrible!!!! Booker was just going through the motions and his typical 7-20 gunnerfest (his shot selection in big games has been killing the Suns for years) and both "Cams" got hurt. Sadly both "Cams" looked lost and unprepared before they got injured. Some people seem to be betting on Shamet, Landale, Lee, and Saric being the depth that will get the Suns over the top. Unfortunately the issues are with the starters who are suffering from a broken spirit, (courtesy of Luka) and way too much dissension. This team will be lucky to make the playoffs. I've been a fan since 1974.
Huh? Landale IS better than Saric. Dario can't guard anybody he back pedaled last night because he couldn't flip his hips. I felt embarrassed for him. Needless to say it was a foul
