Liked what I saw from Randle. Taking better shots, passing the ball more and hence his efficiency was pretty good
Looked like Cam stepped on the Ref's foot. They replayed it a few times.
I get we have a good bench but 28 mins is kinda low , I hope he gets 32-34 a game
Randle averages 5 apg so the assist are not particularly surprising to me. But him getting them in the flow of the game and not forcing it. Is what was great about it.
I know it's preseason, but when the KNICKS win convincingly against anyone on TNT, ESPN or ABC… It's gratifying, Simply because the NBA is expecting the Knicks to embarrass themselves.🗽🗽

RJ looked great, Brunson came as advertised, couldn’t be happier with our first look. I seriously found myself in a weird, sort of half out of it mental state during the first half, like I was in a dream, realizing that we ACTUALLY HAVE A LONG TERM PG. I honestly felt like I needed to pinch myself the entire first quarter. MSG showed that graphic at the start, last PG to start on consecutive opening nights for Knicks was Felton in 13-14, that’s scary. Almost 10 years with no long term PG and WE FINALLY HAVE ONE!!!! DAMN it feels good….! ❤️😁😭❤️
Side note: someone on our side should have leveled Bey and/or Cunningham. They both took nastttyyy shots at Brunson when he was drawing those charges. Don’t bring that BS in here Detroit, you’ll have to answer to Mitch and BraveHart.

Everyone starts out with a clean slate, but Randle is still under the microscope because he has to be able to get out on the wing in transition, because that’s how the team wants to play this season. When Obi’ on the floor he consistently beats his man down court, or gets low post position on the retreating smaller guards! Those are cheap points, but they are hustle points!! Randle needs to get those type of points as well. It will be interesting.
I'm so happy to see Randel passing instead of forcing the dribble & shot, I really hope he continues to do it!

Mitch was good at walling off his defender and at one point he hit a turnaround bank shot in the paint but because the Knicks were unable to get the ball to him immediately he was called for a three second violation in the lane.
Thrilled to see 0 TOs from Julius. Brunson => better spacing => less Julius Iso fumbling with the ball (saw it twice only I think) => better team all-around.

The preseason is quite outstanding by the Knicks and I hope cam is alright between the injury. But I glad we have a perfect real Knicks. I'm so hype in preseason but I don't know for regular season. But we still step up through every single half.

There were some really good bright spots that I saw from the Knicks, but one thing I did see that I really liked was IQ looked like he improved his game. He definitely got better at finishing around the basket. Plus even last year he improved too with the midrange jumpshot.
