The Team Defense philosophy is real with this organization. Playing a 10 man rotation, there has to be systems in place that allow the coaches to simply employ "next man up" and then "plug & play". This philosophy is great for regular season play, but come playoffs, the coaching approach should adjust along with who we're in a series with.
