  1. Basketball doesn’t punch ppl. Draymond punch ppl. 🙏🏾 prayers to Poole for being on the team who does “Night night” celebrations and making you become one 🙏🏾

  2. "fighting" JP? it's only "fighting" if both sides fight bro. The Donkey sucker punched the man

  3. Well this society is officially lost sad to see no one understand anymore about having respect for ur elders people just run there mouth and hide behind the police with everything what a toxic environment

  4. I guess in their world Assault is normal: "Happens all the time". Shame on them for being apologists for violent criminal behavior. This is a big problem in society and these guys are complete hypocrits when it comes to their signalling of permissive attitudes for violent behavior.

  5. Draymond definitely showed his character or lack there of with this incident. Despite all his intangibles and being the “soul” of the team as an organization you have to respond quickly to this with heavy suspension and fines … not a short reference at a press conference. With Draymond out of his prime, him wanting a max extension, and other sh$t he does, if I’m the Warriors I’m definitely looking at trading him or letting him walk come free agency.

  6. Didn't Michael Jordan punch the much smaller Steve Kerr in practice and give him a black eye during a Bulls practice? Where was the outrage over that? Michael Jordan didn't face any criminal charges and was not condemned in the court of public opinion for this and went on to win more championships and today it's spun as character building. I think it's a more troubling reflection of our society when there's a totally different spin for the NBA's star player doing bad acts vs any other regular player. We glorify and worship Michael Jordan and spin everything he did as him being driven and competitive. As a society we are often willing to look the other way for people that are well liked, powerful or wealthy and that is quite troubling.

  7. Ironic how Draymond is – rightfully – chastised for punching a teammate, but when MJ did it, it “showed how passionate he is” and it’s used as an argument for his greatness as a leader.

    Hypocrites. Hypocrites everywhere.

  8. Against the Grizzlies, Coach Kerr talked about the Code. You dont injure an opposing baller.

In the Draymond attack on Poole the Code is clear. It is spelled out in California Tort and Criminal Codes, assault and battery.

It is spelled out in Professional Conduct Policy. It is spelled out in Negative Light on the Organization Policies.

Draymond Green is more than just wrong. If this had happened on the street Draymond would be in handcuffs.

  9. THis is partly why the NBA has lost a lot of fans. Boring bunch of thugs. YAWN. This era reminds me of the NBA in the 70's before Magic and Bird hit the scene. When the finals were tape delayed. LOL!!! I do watch highlights after the fact (like most people) so in some ways it's just like tape delay era. LAME entertainment. STALE and PLAYED OUT!!! At least football is still interesting.

  10. that foo needs to be fired every year he does the same thing always being a hot head. with other teams it's one thing but hitting your own teammate there should be no excuse and should not be tolerated whatsoever what a shame coming from a multiple time champion he should be leading by example. the message sent is that violence is ok and the way things are right now that should not be the case

  11. Egregious, unacceptable, sucker punch, cowardly behavior, Will Smith doppelgänger; Draymond Green is no longer a GSW teammate; conduct's detrimental to GSW and NBA; terminate contract, suspend indefinitely, send home, he's gotta go; time for GSW to move on! ..🤨, ardent GSW fan!

  12. Try this at the office. No matter what the occupation – you MUST keep your hands to yourself or you gotta go.

  13. Black men destroying each other and then more black men on commentary snickering. Y’all don’t see what they got y’all doing ??

  14. Dray acts so high and mighty, what a disgrace. I don’t care what anyone says. He needs to go.

  15. Stephen A today: Violence is not the answer
Stephen A yesterday: It happens on practice 🤣🤣

  16. The league needs to suspend him the punch is completely unecceptable the man almost killed poole…
