Is Draymond not even truly sorry? An interesting note in this Stephen Jackson vid about talking to Dray after the incident and trying to persuade him that “Poole has nothing to gain” and to go apologize and fix things with Poole, “if [Dray] wants to”. Does Dray even realize how bad he has acted?

The team is practicing tomorrow. It’ll be telling. Dray should be on the block rn. At the minimum have him miss ring ceremony.

It is a sad day as a Draymond Green fan. Sigh.

This is going to be the news for weeks and week until the next big thing happens. Should have been talking about how good the Rookies have looked in pre-season so far, but it’s this shit instead, so annoying.

Could be the opposite, I’m not sure if Jackson would be talking like this if Dray was super obstinate during their convo. Maybe it was more of a “yeah, yeah, I know” sort of response. It was reported that he apologized to Poole Wednesday and the team Thursday, and he’ll probably do so again publicly tomorrow. How Poole receives it I have no clue, but I don’t think it’d be honest to assume that Draymond isn’t at least a little contrite, if for no other reason than losing millions in equity

My only hope is this was his Crash Davis moment teaching young Nuke how to deal with hecklers. But realistically this is his swan song. Anything short of a title this year is now all on him. (fair or not) the entire league is going to go at him all year cause he’s now considered mentally weak. And with him being who he is he will take the bait more often then not.

Dray being sorry? doesn’t sound like dray to me.

I’m glad this happened in a way at least the Warriors don’t have to extend Draymond and he can be gone once and for all. They should spend the money on Poole and Wiggins.

He is the most overrated role player in the history of the game that simply benefited by playing with Steph and Klay.

Considering Draymond went to Chris Haynes afterwards to sully Poole’s rep and spin the narrative in his favor I don’t think he’s too apologetic about the situation
