Fast PP
His outside shot has never been in question. I still think Payton takes the next step when he can drive the ball hard 2 or 3 times a game (an finish at the rim) and become even just an average defender. Also and this is a question as i truly do not know can he run a team? Like can he be a spot starter for multiple games in a season or is he (at this point) just a shooter or sg in a PG body
So not only has Pritchard added more speed when going downhill, he's now added a legit pull-up 3 to his game as well. TheFasterPP was working hard in the offseason.
Brogdon and Pritchard are the best primary ball handlers on the Celtics so far this preseason. Pritchard has shown he can lead the second unit with spot duty with the starters. It gives the entire roster better open looks when these two facilitate.
Already year 3. Time going by fast…hehe
