To Draymond – I have crazy respect for your skills as a basketball player, but zero respect for you as a leader, as a role model, as a grown-ass man! I just watched the TMZ video and felt the same disgust I felt watching Will Smith strike Chris Rock. As a black man in this world, I am deeply embarrassed. You have made yourself the poster child for so many racist stereotypes of black men – violent, immature, unprofessional, out of control, etc, etc.
But forget about this latest incident for a moment. Think for a minute about the many times you verbally assault your teammates and ask yourself this, "If your family was poor, would you like to have your wife treated like that by anyone in her workplace. And when your kids grow up, would you like them treated like that by anyone in their workplace"? You're a millionaire now so you'll probably dismiss those questions as irrelevant, but I think it's still worth asking. You're an elite basketball player so your team tolerates your immature abusive behaviour, but if you have a conscience or any level of self-awareness, you should know how wrong it is to treat people the way you do.
Hitting Jordan Poole didn't reveal your toughness, it revealed your psychological fragility, your inability to handle someone not cowering and bowing to your bullying. It's the same weakness husbands show when they hit their wives and physically abuse their kids. Your ego and immaturity are a big part of the reason we have black men gunning down each other on the streets. Your behaviour is not tough, it's not strong, it's weak. And you couldn't win the battle of minds and the test of wills, and you couldn't control your emotions so you lashed out like a child. Now there's a tough guy. There's the leader of our team. The role model for our rookies. Respect his authority. Listen to his wise podcasts. Tune in to him on TnT. Yeah!!
Why would you think you're qualified to command your teammates when you constantly show that you have so little command of yourself. I listened to the conversation you had with Kevin Durant about your 'assault' on him. You focussed on critiquing how the Warrior's leadership handled YOUR 'assault' while taking no responsibility for your behaviour. I have listened to you repeatedly talk about having no regrets. And yes, I have repeatedly listened to you insist that you're going to be yourself no matter what! Regret is what one feels when one acknowledges one's mistakes. Change is what happens when we learn from our mistakes and commit ourselves to becoming better people.
Before you insist on not changing who you are, you should first honestly evaluate who you really are as a person. Are you a thug, a bully, an unprofessional basketball player that fans and teammates need to constantly worry about exploding and blowing up everything? You can be emotional without being immature and egotistical. You can be fierce and passionate without being abusive and obnoxious. You can lead without bullying and assaulting your teammates. You can be a fiery fierce competitor who puts the team ahead of his ego, and deploys his emotions in passionate positive ways.
I am a huge fan of the Golden State Warriors – I love the organization, I love the players, I love the team. And I am a huge fan of you as a basketball player. I love your knowledge and your skills. I love the unselfish way you play the game. I love your consistent will to compete and win. So I genuinely hope that you commit to getting whatever help you need to overcome your ego, immaturity, and emotional fragility. I hope that this season you become a human being that we can admire and respect and cheer for. I will not hold my breath, but I'll hold on to that hope.
Poole better not step foot on the court with Draymond as a teammate. Your manhood is more important than reconciling with a man who clearly doesn’t respect you. Make the Warriors front office make a decision: keep me or draymond 🤷🏽♂️

I don't think suspension will help Draymond, I think he should be demanded to get professional help, I hope he doesn't take all that anger home, what he did was wrong but that's not something new that happened, it is something that need to be dealt with. So I hope the NBA deal with it because suspension and taking money is not going to help the situation
