[Goon] Russell Westbrook said today he didn’t adjust his shooting form in the offseason, merely working on being patient and relaxed: “The quality of shots is important. Making sure I’m not taking the bad ones is something I try to emphasize, attacking the basket.”

This is actually the most important thing.

His pull-ups are cancerous to the team.

You can live with him taking 2-3 corner 3s a game.

Here we go with the crybabies bitching

  5. He finally knew that after 13 years of his career. Wow

All players should crash the glass when he shoots

I know it’s preseason but it does look like he’s trying and buying in. Let’s see if that continues

My own opinion is that Russ made a change the previous summer. He seemed to have two different shot forms during last season. The more compact version seeming to be the intended one.

It sounds like he took shaqs advice to heart “you need to slow the fuck down”

..until he gets mad, or loses his focus, and then spends the rest of the game hucking terrible shots up.

I would love to see the guy mature and pull his head out of his ass, but it’s a pretty slim bet ATM that he’ll do it while he still has some athleticism.

His shot selection has been good until he makes a few then he gets too excited and throws a brick up of a forced attack.

I can’t wait to forget to the Westbrick era of the lakers. Sad man!
