  1. Bruh i would care if it was any team in the east , raps didn't take these dudes seriously enough. The shooting definitely needs work but by regular season alot of these things will be worked out they still looked good in my opinion. Plenty of flashes of what the team will be during the regular seasons that i like. This isn't anything to worry about , hitting shots will come as the season gets started.

  2. What I didn't like was the individualism of the Raptors. I didn't see much play running. That's what had me concerned about Pascals media day comments. It was very individual oriented and not very team-oriented. He wants to be a top 5 player in the NBA??? Fuck that….we want another championship. Top 5 players don't necessarily win championships. Ask Joel Emiid and the Joker.

  3. This is the second straight video talking about missing shots like we are a elite shooting team. We ranked 21st in 3p% and 25th in fg% last year. So its not surprising we're missing shot when we are not a good shooting team. We need to accept this.

  4. Again, we should lower expectations as we enter this season. Yes, I was just as mad too but hey, I was more focused on the bench guys and their productivity. But we bricked 3s all night long. 50% from the free throw line…that was outrageous. I hope they clean up now because the first few games of the season are with tougher opponents. So, back to work. And what the fuck was Scottie doing? 😳 😱 😱 Come on son.

  5. 💯 I'm watching and thinking they're using our playing style to beat us and since they're younger/faster POST THEM UP it was working then they go back to the chucking 3s bs. This team needs to understand that after last season's performance we are now the hunted don't think Jelen Green ain't salty they all are.

  6. I was super annoyed today because the Jays already lost game 1 earlier in the day then to lose to Houston the way we did, I was so pissed off with sports yesterday. LOL! I'm not worried but I was incredibly frustrated at the way we was missing shots yesterday, we should never lose to a team like the Rockets. We better sweep this team in the season.

  7. Missing the vocal leader on the floor. That is where Lowry was valuable. Sometimes you have to go slow to go fast. Cut down on the turnovers and make free throws is half the battle. Play under control.

  8. I’m going to be honest, every rotational player has been very disappointing or straight up bad this preseason. Scottie has been especially disappointing coming off his roty season. Shout out to the deep bench though, they at least have been hitting some shots.

  9. Chev, i just want to preface this by saying i am a huge Pascal fan like that’s my man for real.. So im not saying this with the air of just nitpicking at something but something changed in his free throw form over the last two years that i really dnt understand. If you look at tape he didn’t do this bubble season n before.. with his motion he goes up, stops and then shots.. His form before was more fluid. Maybe he changed this cause he got stronger? but his ft numbers have took a downfall and i really think keeping it in mid 80 percent can be the difference for him

  10. Let see what Nick Nurse does this season. Vision 6'8" or Blindness 6'8". Juancho a shooter and got 5 minutes, all the 6'8" guys who can't shoot got 10+ minutes…in a pre-season game. OK. I could careless about the loss, but the thought process is ??? I agree with Chev, hit them FT. It's free, its like practice, there is no external pressure. Hustle is great but its worthless if you can't convert the fouls. This can't be these 6'8" guys only playing card: hustle. I'm just praying for Otto Porter to iron everything out with his vet experience and a shooter.

  11. I'm right there with you. This game actually made me angry. Just sloppy ball. By the time I turned it off we had 11 turnovers, 20 some odd points off turnovers . And scottie was irrelevant in this game. A real head scratcher bro

  12. Now you understand why some people were already losing their cool with the bad performance from our starters in Boston….. it literally carried through into the next game and like you said all these games matter nobody wants to lose Period. I don’t understand why we beat the best teams and lose to the bottom feeders…wtf lol don’t get me started on missing free throws too right now my gad.

  13. John Lucas looks to be a good fit over there. He's alot about out working the opponent.
Frustrating to see our guys trying to shoot 3s when not warmed up. Yup, get those easier buckets first.

  14. First thing first hope you get better. Raptors will shoot themselves in or out of a game and I agree with you back cuts or pnr should be a staple of their offense.

  15. Be thankful Jabari Smith, Alperen Şengün and Eric Gordon didn't play or they would've lost by 30. Rockets are just better.

  16. It's OK raptors are trying to figure out who's coming & who's going, it's smarter to figure it now then later on when it's to late. Are starters need are bench to prove them selfs that they belong with this squad.

  17. If only Jabari Smith Jr and Sengun played this game yall weak wouldn’t even of been close at any point if that were the case 💀 really said “Houston aint got nobody and just lost Christian Wood” lol

  18. Banton played well. His play will be key this season. So, under the muck, this game was good. No way we shoot 17% from 3 all year.
