The article isn’t nearly as spicy as this click bait headline.
Getting “Ted Danson anonymous donation” vibes here from Harden.
If you read the article it’s clear he means not enough credit in general and it’s implied with the media at large. The title is deliberately worded to look ambiguous as if he could mean from the 76ers org, but he doesn’t.
Most of the media immediately started proclaiming tampering or that it was under the table payment from Rubin. Rather than discuss it as a selfless benefit to the Sixers in order to build a contender.
He was basically accused of cheating. I think it’s fair for him to kinda be like “what the heck…”
