If you think about the last 8 seasons or so the blazers have hovered around 45 percent wins and sometime after the all star break they go on an insane shooting streak that gets them a lot of wins and got them into the top half of the playoffs. So I'll say again. The only times the blazers have had success is when they make circus shots while their opponents miss much easier shots. Aside from that they have been bad. That has finally caught up with them.
