He’s getting better every game. Improved defensive rotations and became more assertive on offense. Interesting to see Billups play Sharpe to almost 40 minutes out there. I can see Sharpe overtaking Simons for SG spot halfway through the season.
Team needs additional creator + defender in the backcourt. Dame/Ant is a free driving lane for the whole league. Nurk and Hart isn’t enough to carry the rebounding of starters. Grant and Hart isn’t enough to cover Dame/Ant defensively. Nas and Winslow isn’t threatening anyone with their outside shot. I think Sharpe (together with Walker and Rhoden) should be given a shot as a starter to see how they gel with the starters.
