NGL, I’d be sad to see KJM go. He’s our purchased 52nd pick and KJ the Martian 👽 used to abduct seven footers like Boban on the regular as a rookie with his crazy blocks.
I really don’t want to see KJ leave. His 3 shot has looked great this pre-season and he’s already a great off ball cutter and transition player. He’s developing into the perfect off-ball SF/PF.
I know he wants starter minutes, but I don’t realistically see him getting those type of minutes anywhere else. He should pretty easily be able to hit 20 mpg this year with the potential for more if we move EG.
If we do move him, it better be for at least a late 1st in return.
I really don’t want to let him go for nothing.
Might be unpopular, but I’d rather move Tate with EG to free up minutes for KMJ, than let him go.
He is too good not to keep.
Can’t imagine there are more minutes for him on the Suns or Heat veteran teams looking to win a chip. They’d rather have Gordon for sure.
When he’s consistently outplaying another forward on the Rockets he’ll get more minutes. Until then he should be a little more self aware…
It feels stupid to trade him, just give him more minutes that hes asking.
Hes an extremely athletic SF that has shown to improve his 3 point shot. If he hustled as hard as Tate then he would legit be one of the top rookies. His athleticism looks to be on par with Jalen Greens even.
